About Sonja Favaloro LPC, LGPC

Welcome! I’m so glad you’re here.

I believe healing isn't about fixing what is broken, it’s about making room for every part of you.

Whether it is the part that strives for perfection, the part that carries trauma, the part that judges yourself, or the part that is simply tired, all are welcome here. I am familiar with those parts within myself too, and have found the most healing and relief in turning towards them with kindness rather than turning away from them.

I believe in a collaborative, non-judgmental approach to therapy, and in being flexible to address your unique needs and goals. We can use a variety of techniques to help you reconnect with yourself, find ways to feel grounded in the present moment, and explore what’s weighing you down so that you can live a less burdened and more empowered life.

I also recognize that it’s important to find a therapist who feels like the right fit for you. I offer a free 30-minute video consultation to learn about what you’re struggling with and see if we could be a good fit to work together.
